He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of the Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria.

He is Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control, Certified in Governance of Enterprises IT and Certified Internal Control Auditor.
Yemi worked at KPMG, various Banks and financial institutions, and also various corporations in Africa, UK & USA, prior to joining Alpha Consults & Ventures. He has on many occasions organized & conducted several seminars and workshops on Audit & Assurance, Tax, Risk Management, and Information Security.
